Under no circumstances shall Kala V Designs be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. The images on the site are for information purposes only and are automatically protected under UK copyright law.

5. We will try to make sure that the website is always available.  However, this is not always possible, and we are not liable if the website is unavailable.

Accuracy of Content

1. We aim to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products.

2. The jewellery displayed on www.kalavdesigns.com is all handmade and consequently variations in the exact appearance of the jewellery will inevitably occur.

3. Since every device’s screen is different, variations in colour may occur when viewing the products. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colour displayed on your device as this fully depends on your screen’s capabilities.

4. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. All the information displayed on www.kalavdesigns.com are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of each product, some products may appear larger or smaller than their real size.

5. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

Pricing

1. Our prices are displayed on our website.

2. Orders will be processed at our published prices as they are displayed on the date the customer places the order.

3. All amounts displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT.

4. Whilst we aim to ensure all prices are correct at time of publication, we reserve the right to notify you before proceeding with an order should there have been a material error in the price displayed at time of order.

5. In addition to the price of the products, you may be required to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.

6. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card

7. Kala V Designs reserves the right to review the prices at any time.
